Default Fed Ex Shipping Nightmare - Please help.

We are trying to use the FedEx shipping module. First, you have to go through their process to get accepted to use it on their site. However, the module has to be configured properly and working. Our module is missing information that we do not have and thus not working.

After speaking to FedEx via phone they said that Zen Cart Developers, whom they worked with in order to create the module for Zen, would have this information that we need to add into our module in order to make it function appropriately. They said that we need the following information (at least):

    Your Fedex Meter ID
    NONE

    cURL Path
    NONE

    cURL Proxy
    NONE

There may be more information that I need to add into the module. But, I am stumped as to what to do. They said the Zen Cart Developers would have knowledge of or would be able to supply. Does any one have any further information on this? Any help you could give would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you. :-)

Your Fedex Meter ID ( this is auto populated )
    NONE

cURL Path (This ONLY gets changed if your host has mopved cURL )
    NONE

cURL Proxy ( This only gets changed for hosts like godaddy )
    NONE

    what issues are you having,
Fedex is running in more than a thousand sites just fine,
it works for 1.2x and 1.3x
you will want to make sure that your host is useing cURL and that you have a valid fedex account number

PM me if you have any other issues

    Hi, Merlinpa1969

I'm sorry...I'm a bit confused. How is the Meter ID auto-popilated? What has to be done to make this module work? For some reason, it's not working and we have "none". I don't know how to do any of the settings, nor do I understand them. I'm a big dummy with this stuff, so if you could elaborate on how the install should work and what I need to input in the administration that would make this auto-populate, would be appreciated. They say I need this to get approved. I'm a bit flustered and very confused. They said that Zen developers would have this information. Please advise?

Thank you again for your help.

unless your host has changed the location of cURL or uses a proxy then you dont need to touch these settings at all.

the meter number is assigned by fedex the first time you connect to they successfully.
Please upload the phpinfo file from the zc_install file
and PM me a link to it quick

    also who is your host?
