Can Froogle feed include tax in prices?

I use Andrew Berezin's Froogle feed module on two sites, the first one has no TAX on any product, the Froogle feed shows all my products listed and show the correct retail price. My second site uses prices with VAT applied, when I create an upload file the prices are listed without the tax amount. Is it possible to include the tax amount in the froogle feed?
