Where should I post my problem?

    Hi, all.

I'm trying to set up a Zen Cart on Awardspace hosting, but after setting up all the permissions it just gives me the following message when I try to run zc_install:

    "Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [no address given] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log."

Now, I have no idea if their server is Windows, Linux or Mac - where should I post this with a hope to getting some helpful advice? I tried to register with their support forums, but the registration system is broken and you can't post to tell them because you can't register... :-/

Thanks for taking the time to read this, all suggestions gratefully received.

    Peet

Unfortunately, Award doesn't work. You'll have to go elsewhere for free hosting.

You may be able to get around the installation error by deleting the /zc_install/.htaccess file.

But then you'll likely have other problems typical of free hosting. You don't want to run a live shop on a free-hosting account, for many reasons.
