Hi there,
I am coming up w/ and issue that I have never encountered, all of a sudden, when I go to add a new product I click on add new product and it takes me back to the admin log on screen.
It does not matter what product type that I add or any thing, it is just not working.
ZC 1.3.02

JOsh,
I'd look at these sorts of things:
- turn off any rich-text editor support such as HTMLarea in Admin->Config->MyStore
- since this appears to be logging you out of admin, check to be sure that you have no session-cookie-blockers on your PC / firewall software
- have you done any custom-coding to your collect_info.php scripts?
- I'm assuming you're clicking "edit" from the category/prod list.... Is there any difference in behaviour if you click the green "e" link vs clicking the "row" ?
- is there any difference when trying another browser or another PC?

Hmmm ... you said "add", not "edit" .... so my last couple bullets may not be as relevant in your case.
let's add:
- can you add a new "category" without problem? Is it "only" products that trigger this behaviour?.

thank you for your time and wisdom. but do you want to know what the problem was? the hosting company (that also used to be their developers) upgraded their plan because of the increased transfer that having zen cart was giving them. A lot of the admin/modules files seemed to get corrupted. I replace the files w/ fresh one from my hard drive and it worked again.
Now I am going to end up being their host and their developer. this means no more win server, and I can go w/ the jrox affiliate program, yay all around.

lol ... interesting how things work out.
I'm becoming more and more disappointed that hosts' files are getting corrupted more and more frequently.
There's a lot to be said for good hosts whose servers are reliable and fast.
Glad it's all working out. (affiliate stuff too ! ).
