admin sort order

when i click on categories and products in the admin area, they are listing by sort order highest to lowest.

how do i get them to list by low to high?

That is not an option at this time to switch the display order based on Sort Order ascending and descending ...

Categories only have the sort order via the dropdown by:
Sort Order, Categories Name
Categories Name
