Help I dont know what is wrong ??

I have been working on this cart for this lady and now the cart is not working heres the site
www.allstrungoutdesigns.net click on necklaces or any of the shop categories i get this message when it tries to open it?

1016 Can't open file: 'sessions.MYI'. (errno: 145)
in:
[select value from sessions where sesskey = '1c50d44a6bb41fe0bf03b98856fb3bcd' and expiry > '1157132439']

why is it doing this when it just worked last nite????

Usually this is an indication of a crashed MySQL database ...

Go to phpMyAdmin ...

Find your database and click on checkbox for the session table and there is a dropdown at the bottom of the screen for running the repair ...

See if that fixes things ...

If so, backup your database and then run the repair on all of the tables ...

If this happens often I would be very concerned ...

Contact your hosting site and see if they know why your MySQL database crashed ...

thanks i did the repair and it seems to be working now. ive never ever had that happen ever, what could cause that, i will contact my host thats so odd. but thanks

As I mentioned your MySQL server crashed or had a hiccup that damaged your sessions table ...

Providing this is not a daily event, it should be fine ...

If it happens frequently, then your hosting site needs to figure out what is wrong ...
