I've searched the forums and read several posts about paypal, but I don't see one explaining how to add paypal to my store.
Can you help me?

Open your Admin> Modules> Payment Modules> Turn on and configure PayPal IPN - also see the /docs/ dorectory of your download for complete instructions.
