Help..not sure what happened...

Hello,

I am running version 1.2.5 and can go into my admin page but when I click on anything in there this comes up:

1062 Duplicate entry '32767' for key 1

I am not sure what happened or what to do. It was working just fine earlier today and now I can't get into it. Any help would be appreciated.

A search for 32767 should bring up about 50 different threads, one of which I am sure will help.
