I just went to my admin page to do a database backup under tools/database backup mysql and when I try to download without storing on the server I get this error message


Result code: 127
ERROR: Could not locate the MYSQLDUMP backup utility. BACKUP FAILED.

Could someone please help me out and point me in the direction to fix this error.
