Geting Zencart Template from a website

Is there a way manually getting the template for a website.. I saw this template and I want to get it, I like the layout and everything and change colors and mess with it little bit and make it to mine. Is this possible to get it from a live web.

Have you tried emailing the site owner and asking their permission? You do understand that templates and graphics can be copyright protected, right?

Yes but the owner does not know anything about server side, and he does not want to pay his admin to pull it out for me.....

So you think its possible?

Are post getting lost now days... I guess zencart is growing to big for support... Can any1 answer my question.

If you are interested in stealing someone else's designs and work without their permission, I'm sure you can find dozens of ways by googling. We are not going to instruct you on how to steal someone else's hard work.

If the owner is willing to share them with you, then perhaps you can help instruct them how to download their files from the /includes/templates folder of their site and zip them and email them to you.

Additionally, there are many templates in our downloads area which have been contributed to be used for free ... as guides to determining something suitable for your own site. Note that the graphics and artwork on these contributed templates are also individually copyrighted by the contributors, so you should keep that in mind when using them.

Although you may think it's a Template, it could be they paid a lot money to have a custom Theme done for them. Sounds like you have been in contact with the site Owner and you should ask them if the Template was custom designed or freely available.

If a custom design you are out of luck. If freely availablle they may know where they got it from else you will need to search for the Web site you can download it from.
