tagline location question

I would like the tagline to be at the bottom of the header instead of floating at the top. I have tried everything I can think of but not successful. Can anyone tell me how to do this?

The easiest, though not the most elegant way would be to add the following to your stylesheet

#tagline {padding-top:170px}
