New installation Problems

I have installed the latest version on our site, and it said that the installation was successful, buit I get the following errors when I try to go to the admin/insex.php :

I'd appreciate it if there is someone who could tell me what I did wrong.

This is a common problem that occurs if your FTP software failed to do a complete upload of your files.

We recommend FileZilla as a reliable FTP program. Many others tend to timeout for various reasons. SmartFTP and CuteFTP have a poor reported track record in our observations here on the support forum.

Start with this one:

catalog/includes/version.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory

It may be advisable to re-do the FTP upload for all your files.

Thanks so much for your prompt response, I switched to filezilla and reloaded the files and all is working correctly now.
