creating a new account
selected HTML for Newsletter and Email Details
Click submit (with something in the form not correctly completed)
Page reloads and the HTML value has reset back to the default of Text only.


This is my first bug report... I hope it is in a format that is acceptable. Please let me know if I should be more or less detailed and what factors are important.
