You seem to have some missed uploaded files from your FTP server end. Uploading with a good FTP Client software, such as LeapFTP, should do the trick to upload all the files correctly.

Right now, what it states is that the installation wizard cannot find your includes/application_top.php file (one of the most important file of Zen-Cart history).

Is it also located from your zc_install/includes/application_top.php folder ?

Note: This file is not the same as your standard includes folder. You must upload it from the package from the zc_install folder.

It looks like you have double checked at the wrong location.

It's a PHP error message stating that the file is not there. So: or the file really is not there (which is by far the most likely cause of the error), or there is something wrong with your server configuration or file permission settings.

Which version of zencart are you installing?
If it is 1.35, new files were uploaded just a couple of hours ago

Also for giggles ... delete the file before reloading the file ...

See if that makes a difference ...

As an alternative solution, make sure your FTP Client software is set to override files and not to resume / ask for overrides. It will reset each files and then place the fresh ones during the upload process.

Change the file permissions to 755 or even 777 to see what happens.
