    This file, part of image handler, is trying to run image-handler code, but you don't have the whole thing installed:
    /public_html/secure/includes/extra_configures/bmz_io_conf.php

    So, either delete the file, or fully-install image handler
    .

    /includes/autoload_func.php
    if this file is present, then it must not have the proper permissions set.
    Or else your configure.php file is busted and only has default settings.

    Perhaps it's time to start from a clean folder?
    and a fresh upload using the latest ZIP from Zen Cart (zen-cart-v1.3.5-full-fileset-09042006.zip)
    and a trustworthy FTP program (ie: filezilla)
    ?

    The installer does this for you.

    If you believe you should not let it do it for you, then post the file's contents here and maybe we can read it better and guess at its settings better than the installer can?

    Like I said, I think you have the wrong zip, a bad ftp program, and a dirty folder you're uploading to.
