what is powweb tech support saying about upload permissions?

if for some reason powweb hosting won't let this feature work, you can work around it by manually entering the image filenames and then uploading them separately via FTP

Powweb says there is no problem and I'm also running oscommerce and not having any problems uploading with it. I have tried putting the images in the correct directories using ftp but still get the same message.

Where and how would I enter

. Would this be in the browse window?

Did you try to change from a subdomain to a subdirectory instead?

no I haven't, was hoping I could get it fixed without having to uninstall then reinstall again. But if you think that will fix the problem I'll do it
