Local Delivery by ZIP?

I've been searching for a shipping module to Zen cart that would allow an option to pop up for a free (or charged) local delivery based on the customer's zip code. Is there a module for this already? I've tried several, and tried doing my own, but to no avail. I'd appreciate some help on this issue -- thanks! :)

I have a local delivery module that works with the earlier version of Zen Cart

I set it up for selecting the day the customer could have the delivery.

Basically the delivery option is only available if the postcode is in the list that you input in the admin panel.
