1.3.5 Changed Files Only...

Will a zip of the changed and new files (from 1.3.0.2) in 1.3.5 be released?

If not, what the best way to upgrade my 1.3.0.2 store?

I'm thinking...

1 - Use WinMerge to compare files.
2 - Copy all new files to existing store.
3 - Merge changes from new files into exisitng files.
4 - Run zc_install and cross fingers!
