Zen Lightbox addon [Support Thread]

Hello! I'd appreciate any help with this. I'm sure it's been answered before but I can't find anything to help me out.

I installed zenLightBox and it's working absolutely beautifully! Except that I can't seem to get it out from under my CSS menu. I'm using this menu in my header. I followed the directions for wrapping it in the div tag, but it doesn't seem to be working out for me. The address is http://www.homiciderocker.com/zencart/. I am not using ImageHandler.

Hi I have recently installed the latest version of lightbox especially as it is great for multiple images viewing.

Unfortunately I am having a similar problem to a previous poster which is as yet unanswered.. my extra images load automatically and use the lightbox effect, but the original product photo still opens in a popup box..I have cleared my cache, etc to load the proper page but still have not resolved the problem....

I am having a problem getting Zen Lightbox to work in IE7 - It works fine in FF2 and FF3.

When you click on the image, instead of appearing in the overlay, the image is thrown way down at the bottom of the page. It makes no sense to me. Any thoughts?

can someone reverse engineer the install.sql file, i need to uninstall lightbox but am unsure which tables etc to unistall through my admin. (deleting the appropiate files is the easy bit).

Im in ver v1.5.4, with IH4 & Lightbox1.70 installed. Only the main image is styled in the lightbox. Additional images will not style in lightbox and only display in the original popup. I have tested many different configs and setting and am at a loss to figure out why additional images will not style in the lightbox. My additional images are clearly missing rel="lightbox-g". Has anyone run into this issue and been able to resolve it.

Zen lightbox 1.70? version 1.6.5 is the latest available from the downloads. Where did you get your copy from?
