Zen Lightbox addon [Support Thread]

I have a installed of Zen Cart 1.5.1 and upgraded my database from v1.3.9d.

My old Zen Cart had several mod installed including Lightbox.

I installed the classic template and reset the layout boxes then installed IH4. Everything is fine at this point and I get no error logs.

I then transferred the zen_lightbox-v1.6.4_1.5 after remaining the appropriate folders and install the Sql patch using the facility on the Tools menu. At this point I get this error WARNING: An Error occurred, please refresh the page and try again.

I checked the DEBUG file and it starts with: PHP Fatal error: 1062uplicate entry 'ZEN_LIGHTBOX_STATUS' (I have attached the full file) DEBUG.zip

The line it mentions 120 says this:
trigger_error($this->error_number . ':' . $this->error_text . ' :: ' . $this->zf_sql, E_USER_ERROR);

As far as I can see the result of this error is that the configuration menu is not showing the controls.

Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Sorry If this has already been answered but I haven't been able to find it and sorry if I have posted in the wrong forum most of the reply's to my post direct me to a different thread.

Run the uninstall SQL and then try running the install SQL again..

I had zen lightbox working then I decided to try zen_magnific_1.5. Now zen lightbox doesn't work. Are they compatible? I installed some other mods in between, so I am not sure of anything. I am using zencart 1.5.1. I have tried uninstalling both add-ons and reinstalling zen lightbox, but it still only pops up in na old-fashioned popup window.

No support for that, you'd have to do it manually.

It might be possible, but you'd have to do it yourself. Slimbox is very old now, and hasn't been updated to be responsive.
Check out colorbox (in the plugin area) for a more modern solution.

OK. Please know that I am a total noob to Zencart and forgive me if my question is out of ignorance. I just installed Zen Lightbox v1.6.4a ZC 1.5. When I click on the additional image of a product first, it is blank. When i click on the first image of a product it will show, but will also show the same image when subsequently clicking on others.

With http://angelcorp.net/test/zencart/in...products_id=87, the lightbox works perfect.
But with http://angelcorp.net/store/index.php...products_id=94, the main image shows twice before additional image.
Possibly it's because the latter site has two language version (Chinese and English) involved.

How to let main image only show once before additional image in lightbox, even multiple language packs are installed (if it's the reason)?

I've reviewed many pages but really could not find the same problem that I am facing.

My zen 1.5.4, image handler 4 v432 with lightbox 1.6.5 or 1.6.4 (tried both versions) running at Xampp. I first installed image handler and then installed lightbox.

When I click the image (main product or additional image), about 1/5 chance that the image didn't display normally. i.e. there is no "next" "prev" "close" button at the image but a magnifier cursor that is able to zoom in/out when clicking image. Even refreshing page, no any change at all and I hanged at that page. I can return to product page only by clicking the backward key!



I’ve tried several times to install both version ( lightbox 1.65 or 1.64). But the problem is the same. And there is no error message in error logs.

Could anyone help me please? Thanks a lot!
