Zen Lightbox addon [Support Thread]

Ok, I'm becoming a quick fan of zen-cart, image-handler, and the light box.

I've installed all three, but I don't seem to have the lightbox working properly..

I've followed the instructions to the best of my abilities for image-handler and light box... are they a necessary combination? what is the best way to troubleshoot my problems?

did you upload lightbox last? i *THINK* they share a file or two, and unless lightbox goes in last, your not going to get all the right things called....

i dont have any idea, thats just my stab in the dark... my site runs both ih2 and lightbox and it works very well.

ok. just finished installing and it works great. but, i'm noticing that if i scroll down my browser a bit and then click to see the image, the black doesn't cover completely to the bottom. but, if i leave the browser scrolled all the way to the top, the black does completely cover everything. anyone notice this too, or is it something with my site?

Do you have a link to your site? Other people have reported the same problem, which I beleive is due to a stylesheet setting.

I can't see the lightbox at all on your site!

here's a link to one of my products (my site's still a bit messy since i'm not done yet)

but yea..try scrolling down to the bottom of the browser in FF and then clicking the image (the bottom isn't covered all the way)..same goes for IE. not sure what's wrong with my CSS. any help is appreciated.

Ok, I see a gap around 5px at the bottom. Could you post your stylesheet (maybe attach it to a post)?

My Problem...
i dont know if this is a Lightbox issue ( i cant remember seeing it before i installed lightbox)
My LHS sidebox seems to slide right depending on the amount of login info in the header bar???
Any Ideas
