which version of zencart are you using?

any other mods installed?

what version lightbox is installed?


do you see it in the admin section of your store?

have you made sure all fiels are uploaded to their proper places?

4 Yes I can see it in admin but as you can see from a sample page that I posted it is not working.
Yes I uploaded all the files but not each folder seperately. I did exactly what I've read in the instructions. I copied after renaming my template, everything in the root dir.

1. pen zip file to get its inner files
2. do the renaming the read me tells you to do
3. go to your ftp program and go to your server files
4. place the items you find in the zip into the exact named folders on the server...main folder/subfolder if any/file....upload the file(s) to the exact same place in the server folders.
5. create ---if not already there -- the folder in the correct spot for the one with your templates name then put the files form the zip into it

you do not place the entire folder from zip into the root of your store NOR do you upload the folder to the place that the exact same name folder lives either or you will overwrite the one existing there.

so if you did not place the files like above -- you will need to do so.

it didn't work. There's somethind odd going on. If I try to uninstall lightbox, when I click on the picture nothing happens. When lightbox is installed, it opens the picture but non in lightbox. Really frustrated!

sounds like a file may not be in the proper place

Angel is right.. You are going to have to give up a WHOLE LOT MORE information.. This is a voluteer "helpline" so it helps the volunteers if you give as much information as possible so they don't have to guess.. and frankly so they don;t have to spend their free time trying to figure out how you have things setup.. Help them, help you..
