Zen Lightbox addon [Support Thread]

I've installed the latest version of Lightbox to a fresh v1.5.1 ZenCart. Everything seems to work fine, but I notice that when viewing with Safari on an iPad (iOS v6), the NEXT and PREVIOUS labels are not displayed when additional images exist. The corners are active when clicked, just no Next or Previous images. Works fine from a PC.

Any ideas?

Hi i just installed and everything is working great, but its not showing the next and previous tabs on top of image.
I installed the latest version i believe. Also since i sell templates the template image takes up the whole page and on some images the close tab on the bottom is only half visible, is there a way for close tab to always be aligned so always visible within the image. One more thing i cant scroll right , for images that need it.

In case someone else runs across this, niestudio pitched in and pointed me in the right direction. The solution was to enable the setting "Always show Prev/Next Buttons" in the Admin/Configuration/Zen Lightbox settings.

I saw this option but didn't even stop to consider it, since the Previous and Next overlay images were appearing fine when Lightbox was viewed from a PC.

i had installed the old version, i uninstalled all files and database sql, installed again new version, my site is Italian and English v1.5.0 , maybe conflict with image handler? i get empty menu in administrator -> configuration -> Zen Lightbox settings. here is my site www.inteltronics.it

Hello,

I just installed Zen lightbox v1.6 on a fresh install of ZenCart 1.5

Here is a page that will show you the issue

It will not pull up the images and there is no button to close the popup. I know you can click on it but I thought there would be a close button..

the main problem though is the images are not pulling up, any ideas? Here is my settings
