It looks like just a 404 (file not found) error.
Did you check the images on your server to see if they are there?

I used the web console in chrome, but you can also right click on your photo and choose something like … "open link in new tab"
your site it looking for an image called
BubbleNecklace1_LRG.jpg at this link
http://elsiesfinds.com/boutique/imag...klace1_LRG.jpg
that file does not exist.
Well, maybe this is an image handler issue then. I posted over there and they said that the lightbox was acting up and I should post it here. But from what you are telling me, it seems like an image handler issue. I will go post this over there as well. I posted the image in the default image box which should automatically resize it for both the large and and medium images. But it is not like it has with other IH versions. Thanks for your help.
Also, I just uploaded a Large file in addition to the default and it is still doing it. I think I am just confused.

If you have made certain all your files are install for the lightbox then it might be image handler but ...I don't think so
One issue is that most of the template monster templates---which is why I think they are called monster--- is the edits they create to get their templates to do what they want.
I have had to manually go into them and fix but some are just not able to be done cause they mess so much with the core files that they really are not zen ready which, also makes it needed to go to them and let them fix it to work (costing you an enormous amount).
Picaflur makes beautiful templates much like you have and actually work with the modification mods offered for our stores.
Now that my rant has gotten out of my system...lol
Since you have image handler installed you should re-read its instructions again for how/where to put your images. IH does not use the LRG nor the MED folders and the naming of your images needs to be changed to reflect the main image as namewithoutspaces.jpg then each additional image labed with nameofimagewithoutspaces_01.jpg then continuing with the numbers until you have no more additional images for that product.
my explaining is really bad so that is why you need to read on the naming process in your read me for IH...whatever version you are using for 1.3.9h or 1.5.1
soorry can't be clearer tonight..cold meds are to blame
Not sure what you mean by "it is not like it has with other IH versions" because other than the installation being automated, scant little of IH's base functionality has changed at all..
I told you it was a lightbox issue because if the images are not appearing in your lightbox. That's not an Image Handler issue.. It's because there is an with your lightbox mod. That said the MOST common reason for issues with any mod can always be traced to an installation error.
So as Angel has suggested, I too suggest that you re-read the Image Handler and Lightbox readme files.. Pay particular attention to the sections in both readme documents which deal with installing ZLB and IH together.
Angel is right about your Template Monstrosity template. It too is a likely suspect in the issues you are having since they like to remove required code form Zen Cart files for no reason except their designers have no idea how to create beautiful templates the right way..
Not Image Handler
ETA:
The part I highlighted above is important.. This is most likely reason why neither Image Handler or the lightbox is working correctly.. Your images are in the wrong locations and named incorrectly.. So neither the Lightbox nor Image Handler can find your images.. re-read the readme files.. In the Image Handler one in particular we go into a GREAT DEAL of detail on image naming and where to put your images..
