Zen Lightbox addon [Support Thread]

Hi there, I had lightbox working but sometime ago it must have stopped working. When you clicked to enlarge an image the white box appeared on my site and the screen darkened but no image or even the next/previous/exit buttons appeared. There was no way to exit out of this except to reload the homepage.

When I searched for the lightbox item in the admin>configuration file it wasn't there so I reinstalled the install.sql file which gave me the following error:

1146 Table 'tie0804301252841.configuration_group' doesn't exist
in:
[SELECT @cgi := configuration_group_id FROM configuration_group WHERE configuration_group_title = 'Zen Lightbox';]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

so I used the uninstall.sql file which ran successfully and the normal browser popup appears when the enlarge image option is selected.

Any ideas on what the error message means?

I'm using lightbox v1.5 because I'm running Zen Cart 1.3.8a Patch: 1:atabase Patch Level: 1.3.8 on PHP Version 5.2.17
