Did additional images work before you installed Zen Lightbox?

Unfortunately, I didn't try additional images before hand. I knew I wanted to use the lightbox, so it's the first thing I did after the base install.

I'm 99% sure that your filenames and/or location for these additional images are incorrect.

If setup correctly, your additional images wil appear on the product page (and also be viewable via Zen Lightbox).

Hi Guys,

Im a totally newbie..so please excuse my basic questions.


Iv installed light box (well tried) i can now see Zen cart in my admin area.

And uploaded the files to the correct destination.

But when i click on a image (to enlarge) instead of opening in a new window like before..it opens in the same...

and you have to click back to get where you where before.

Wat have i done wrong??

Hi guys.

Iv tried to follow the tutorial to add multiple pixs..but still cant seem to follow it.

1. Created a new product and uploaded a picture (signature.jpg) to a folder called 'Cricket Bats'

2. Used FTP to place two more pixs in that folder called:

signature_01.jpg
signature_02.jpg


3. When i find the product (http://letsplaysport.co.uk/zc/index....roducts_id=144)

i click the main picture and it loads..but it does not switch to he second / third pic../it just hangs?

What am i doing wrong?

Whenever I install this file:

tpl_modules_main_product_image

I get this error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: zen_lightbox() in /home/treed/public_html/boutique/includes/templates/classic/templates/tpl_modules_main_product_image.php

how did you fix this, I have the same problem and I don't know what to do?
It might be a browser problem (I'm running internet explorer 6.0), it seems that all websites with the lightbox don't display the lightbox on my computer, they just open the image in the browser.

Do you have Java Script installed and enabled?

Yes I do and i checked the website with firefox and the lightbox works fine.
here is the link to one of my product pages, can someone check if for their IE the lightbox works.
