Zen Lightbox addon [Support Thread]

Hi Guys,

Im a totally newbie..so please excuse my basic questions.


Iv installed light box (well tried) i can now see Zen cart in my admin area.

And uploaded the files to the correct destination.

But when i click on a image (to enlarge) instead of opening in a new window like before..it opens in the same...

and you have to click back to get where you where before.

Wat have i done wrong??

how did you fix this, I have the same problem and I don't know what to do?
It might be a browser problem (I'm running internet explorer 6.0), it seems that all websites with the lightbox don't display the lightbox on my computer, they just open the image in the browser.

Yes I do and i checked the website with firefox and the lightbox works fine.
here is the link to one of my product pages, can someone check if for their IE the lightbox works.

Work for my fine (IE7). However, your website (and all the images displayed in Zen Lightbox) take quite a while to load for me. I'm on a 20mb/s connection so that shouldn't be an issue.

When I viewed the larger image of your product the Zen Lightbox loading animation was displayed for aroun 5-10 seconds. Then the picture loaded.

Slowness aside, it worked fine. :)

Hi, I tried updating to the latest zen lightbox. I removed all the files associated with the previous version zen lightbox. I got this crazy error after installing the .sql file. The site works when I remove the file. Anybody know how to fix this?

Ho copied and pasted the file. It accepted the SQL but then screws up my whole site. I had to remove it!
