Zen Lightbox addon [Support Thread]

I'm having some issues with getting light box working. The images show up but no light box.

1. first open the zip
2. go to your server files
3. double check to see that all files are uploaded to the correct placed---remember the best way is to reupload them to overwrite the ones you first did, just in case one or two got corrupted when you did it the first time.

make sure the folders that are marked as your_template --- those items in there need to go into the same sub folders in the template you are using. If you do not have that folder in any area it says then create one, using the exact same name as your template you are using.

does the settings show in the configuration/lightbox area?

sis you have any errors when you installed the sql?

yes includes\templates\ri007 is what i mean. anytime you find either your_template or custom then that is what you do...drop the items into the folder that houses your template you are using for the store.
