Zen Lightbox addon [Support Thread]

Hi all,
I have searched thru the forum for answers to a question that has been asked before but not answered as far as I can see.

I have a 1.3.8a install running IH2 and zen lightbox.

How do I get zen lightbox to work with the images on the product listing page, you know when you enter a category... initial list.
I have tried setting medium images for hot spot etc, also copied the jscript_zen_lightbox.php file into all the page folders and still won't work.

Anyone know how to fix this or where else I should look.

do you mean like if the category is backgrounds...click that link and see them all listed in the column?

I do not think lightbox will work that way since those are like doors to the product page, where the lightbox feature does work...with image handler they get the medium size to look at and give them a taste and want to see more by clicking the image.

Hello, hopefuly somebody can tell me what to do to get lightbox working

I installed a clean zencart 1.3.8a =working
Image Handler2 Version: 2.0 = working
zen_lightbox-v1.5-20081218 = not working

I did everything told in the install file and Image Handler is working fine only lightbox doesnt work.
When I click to open a larger image nothing happens at all.

this is my first time installing this mod .
problem im having is that all related js files are loaded using lightbox file and not by zencart . so now that i wan to add some other jquery script , i ran into errors , due to the fact that , jquery loaded by lightbox, loads Before my js scripts and those script can not initialize some functions.
wondering how i ( zencart ) load my script after jquery ?

some will fight with each other and if it is an addon it may have overwritten another file that lightbox needed. or is it from a custom theme?

do the setting show in the configuration column?

did you set it to true so it will know to work?

if yes then open the zip and go to your server files and make double sure you put everything into the right spot...if you are using ANY template other than classic you need to create a folder with that templates name in the fodler where it is indicated (your_template folders or custom folders) that will tell you that you need to place those files in there.

like in the includes/languages/english/extra_definitions/your_template

you need to create a fodler in that extra_definitions folder with your templates name and place the file into it....so if your template is mostlygrey you create a fodler called mostlygrey and plop the contents of the "your_template" folder into it.

hope that does not confuse you...I am good at confusing people.

Yes I did and when i set it to false the old popup still works fine but in true there is no popup or lightbox

Still using classic . Double checked everything is in the right place

Finaly got lightbox and imagehandler working, except for one thing.
In an older version I had in the lightbox a "close X" button . But now it isnt there?

Somebody nows how to get it back?
