Zen Lightbox addon [Support Thread]

i get the following error after adding the javascript file in to my custom templats jscript folder:

v1.3.9e not wirking in any browser...

was 1.3.9e working before you added the lightbox files?

yes it was working well.
i installed IH2 and Zen lightbox 1.5

it seems as ih2 resizes the images, but lightbox does not work.

did you make sure all files are in the correct places...regular folders and the folders with your templates name on it?

did you merge the files that are shared by the two add ons?

yes i did everything according to instructions, but no luck
now i'm trying a different mod, magic zoom plus. it is also not working the way intended.

what is the templates name and is it a paid template? There are some that will make them not play nice together

it is a premium8b template by 12leaves.com
it has not given me issues with any other mods, it is clean w3 xhtml and css.

hmm tis just that some themes that come with loads of scripts like mootools tend to fight with the one that comes with lightbox.

try removing lightbox with the uninstall script then, reup the files again, making triple sure you put them in the correct places.

make sure you merge the file that is shared by both lightbox and IH2---additional_images.php i think it is

then run the sql installer again to see if that makes any difference

I too am having the same error. Look at this product.running 1.3.9e as well. It looks as if the opening comment tag is cut off. What page has this in it?
