Multi Language Extra Define Pages?

Hi,

I am working on a site that will be in English and Spanish.
I downloaded and installed the Spanish Language pack successfully.

However, I noticed that EZ Pages aren't multi lingual. I found a mod that was supposed to make EZ Pages multilingual but I got a bunch of errors and couldn't get it to work correctly on the latest version of Zen (1.3.5).

I have decided to turn to Define Pages.

These are my questions:

Do the Define Pages support multiple languages?

If I wan't to add extra pages will I need to create separate files for each language? I still haven't messed with the creation of new define pages so pardon me if these are ignorant questions :)
