    Default Paypal help

    Can someone please help with paypal
    I have been through the threads to configure paypal but nothing is working, i am unable to get all the information on the one email, product,price, shipping etc, i have to go to three different ares to have some sort of idea on what the customer has ordered, shipping costs and delivery, i have set up the ipn and Website Payment Preferences as per the post but still not working, i am trying to get all the customers details all on the one email, any ideas anyone

    Which version of Zen Cart are you using? If you're using v1.3.5 you can turn on debug logging to assist in finding out what's failing and why. But even that won't work if you haven't followed all the setup and troubleshooting steps in the document above.

    Also note that v1.3.5 fixed a few problems with multiple currencies and custom meta_tags.php language files that were causing problems with PayPal order-completions.


    After following the troubleshooting steps mentioned above and resolving communications between PayPal and your server, you should find that the customers' orders show up in your Zen Cart admin area, and you and the customer should be receiving detailed order-confirmation emails. If you're not seeing those, then something is blocking PayPal...hence the troubleshooting steps...
