Modifying the Shopping Cart Page

Could someone direct me on how to change my shopping cart page http://www.musclewithoutsupplements....=shopping_cart

I am trying to change some of the images (delete, change quantity) and rearrange what order certain things appear in (example: putting the update cart quantity image directly below where you type in the quantity).

If you are referring to the shopping cart page...then start in

/includes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_shopping_cart_default.php

Be sure to make a copy and put the file in your overrides directory.
