Can not see Credit Card Option

I only see paypal method of paying but not the credit card option. Although in module I already enabled all these methods.

Try uninstalling the module and reinstalling via the Admin.

When paying via PayPal, the customer is encouraged to use a PayPal username and password to access their account.

However, if they do NOT want to use a PayPal account, and just use their Credit Card, there is a small text-link UNDER the login/password box which they can click to pay without a PayPal account.
