Email background picture.

I got email notification fromt the ZC for instance as in order confirmation. The upper top header has the generic Zencart picture with the logo with bar and "zencart the art of e-commerce". I would like to change this background to reflect my site header in the email sent to customer. Does anyone know where I can change this background default for the email?

I have similar case.
How do I change footer message;

I tried to send email to customer and email goes with footer messager "Copyright © 2004 Zen Cart. Powered by Zen Cart"
It looks like ZenCart sent message.
So I need to change footer messager to my company name.

I realize need to find where can I modify "$EMAIL_FOOTER_COPYRIGHT"

Anyone help? please.

I have changed my copyright and it works fine on a test order I have generated, but when I updated the order status to delivered, the new email has copyright Zencart again?

anyone know why this would have reverted?

I tried to replace this file but the same zen cart one keeps showing up. I don't know where I need to go to over-rider it. I've named my file the same thing, made it the same size - and it just won't replace it. Any ideas?

It's likely cached in your email program. Close your email program. Clear all your browser caches. Then try opening the email again. If that doesn't show the correct image, press F5 while reading the email that shows the old graphic ... if your email program supports the F5-refresh option, it should load the new image.

I couldn't get this to work, even after clearing the cache... but pressing the F5 did the trick. Thanks!
