Picture upload tmp_name ?

Hello and thanks in advance for any advise you can provide. I am attempting to upload pictures

Error line 112
if (move_upload_file ($this->file['tmp_name'] , $this-.destination . $this-.filename)) {;}chmod ($this->destination . $this->filename, $this->permissions);

I'm at a loss

What exactly is the error message you're receiving?
Is your /images folder set to read/write permissions?

I think you maybe right regarding the permissions. My Predecessor did not leave any documentation and I can't find where to check those permissions.

The message I have is basically:
move_upload_file(D:/indtpub/mywebaddress/zen-cart/images/HA lotion.GIF): failed to open stream: permission denied in D:\inetpub\mywebaddress\zen-cart\admin\includes\classes\upload.php on line 12
which is the previous message I posted.
