Well I enablem Authorizenet AIM and disabled the other.
Now if I go to the site, select a product, and go to checkout
the only payment available is PayPal???
I am truly lost now.

That's odd.
You didn't accidentally associate a zone with it did you? (Edit the module and ensure that the Zone is set to --none-- ).
