how do i remove spce under breadcrumb

hi. how do i remove the empty space right below the header menu/breadcrumb that is trailing (It changes from HOME to HOME : CATEGORY : PRODUCT as you navigate your site)?? I want the image to be a notch above where it is located now.... the site is http://rock-n-slots.com

You've chosen not to use the H1 tag for that page, but it's still there taking up space.

<h1 id="indexDefaultHeading"></h1>

You'll need to comment that line in your template:
/includes/templates/YOURTEMPLATE/templates/tpl_index_default.php

thanks that did the trick....now i ran into another problem...i tried to change the background color of the categories that show just below the header, and there is another white space in between....i couldn't figure out how to remove it....the site is everyonespokersupplies.com and you can see that there is a white bar in between the header and the categories.....
