MySQL error when updating order status

Hi,

I keep getting this error message when updating the order status. Interestingly, when I choose not to notify the customer, it goes through almost immediately.

If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields

You should talk to your host about why connection is being lost mid-transaction.

In the meantime, since it appears to be happening during the archiving of email records, you could turn off email history archiving in Admin->Configuration->Email Options

It just won't log a copy of all emails sent anymore...

But will it still be viewable from the admin?

Should I clear the archive and if so, how would I do that?

what's the new error message?

More importantly, what is your web HOST saying about this?

If the database is disconnecting, you have a hosting problem, not a Zen Cart problem.

It seems to be working now, not sure how it got fixed but thanks for your help!
