    yes
i am trying debug this and i read full email header and see something really bad :

    X-Source-Args: /usr/bin/php orders.php
    X-Source-Dir: MYDOMAIN:/public_html/My_ADMIN_DIR_RENAME

that's bad because even if i rename my admin dir client can still know where it is

    anyway to change that ?

X-Source-yyyyy headers are being added by your webserver.

Nothing much you can do about that other than ask your host to turn that feature off, or switch to a host who doesn't do that.

Hmmm ... you might try using SMTPAUTH mail method to see if it might bypass the PHP details...

Could anyone tell me if I am able to move the files in question to a different folder on the server away from my admin folders and if so, what other files would need to be changed so that everything still works as should be.

I have this problem with sending emails and have contacted my hosts. It is not only affecting emails that I send out but is also present on newsletters too. Just host have told me that I have to have a dedicated server to remove this information but that would cost me $150 a month which I just don't have. I also cannot afford to move my site at the moment either.

I'd really appreciate any help or advise you can give.

    Thanks Debbie.
