UPS Module Issues

When I first installed Zen, the program would give me a shipping estimate for UPS for over 150 pounds. The program divided up the weight and queried UPS with how the weight was divided by the program. Now it's not doing it. Any thoughts? (The program actually pulling a UPS quote over 150 pounds was the main reason I progressed using it.)

My bad...

I had been using CubeCart, and had the same issue. I finally realized how ZenCart is programmed gets around it. CubeCart always queried UPS for one pkg no matter how much weight. When you set the max package weight in ZenCart, it sets the top amount of weight it will query per package.

So, if it's set at 50, and you have 103 lbs on your order, ZenCart will query UPS for 3 packages at 34 1/3 pounds each. However, if you set that same value to 150 (the heaviest regular package UPS will send), then ZenCart will query UPS for one pkg at 103 lbs.
