Apparently Ima Template ReRe

I have read the wiki and posts and taken the advice given to me in other threads related to custom templates. I understand and have created the neccisary folders. I think my problem is (besides being an apparent rere) is that my main site is a theme of itself. It is a php site with a theme. I want to port that theme into zencart (or as close as possible). the theme folder itself can be uploaded. I guess it would just be a matter of either renaming the theme files or editing the zent cart files... Once I know what I have to do.. I could probably handle it. The site is all open source and free.. so I am not worried about copyright enfringment.. thanx for any help.....

here is the site so that anyone with patience to help me can see what i am talking about... www.idiame.com i have already uploaded that theme to zencart templates.. i need to edit the style sheet to direct to current logo's where do i edit to change the format of zencart to match that of this theme... ?
