Uploading a template

Hi,

I did everything the upload instructions told me to do in the template, but got this error message in the end:

Does anyone know what I need to do to get the template to populate?

What template is this and what version of Zen Cart is it applicable to?

What version of Zen Cart do you have installed?

I would wager that they are not compatible.

I have version 1.3.0.1 and it is none of the templates in your link. It is an outside company template. How can I tell if it is compatible?
