changing font size and look of a side box

We have managed to add the log in side box, however, the list underneath is not centered. How do we change this?

Also, When you have logged out, you receive a log out confirmation, this is appearing really small. We have tried adding in the style sheet #loginboxContent to change the appearance but this does not work.

Any ideas please ?

Whe I used that box, I had to get rid of the bullet points to clear that up:

#loginboxContent ul {list-style-type:none; margin-right:3em;}

I can't see why changing font size in #logoffDefaultMainContent doesn't work, though.
