Adding/editing text?

I'm a little confused on how to add or edit text that already exists on some of the pages. For example, how and where do I add my shipping text, return text, text to the main page, etc?

you can edit all the text by editing different files placed at:
includes\languages\english\html_includes\classic

Alternatively, you can go to Admin->Tool->Define Pages Editor and make changes to the text

Use the developers toolkit in admin > tools

You enter some of the text that you see displayed, and search (mostly catalog files) and it will list the files, path, and line #'s where this text is. then you can edit the specific files that are controlling this display

Thank you :) And one final quick question. I was looking around at some of the files and trying to familiarize myself with them, and for the life of me I cannot recall where I edit the tagline. Do I do that where you told me to edit the rest of the text?

Type the exacgt tagline what you see in your site in the Developers toolkit
You will come to know the file name
San
