Checkout has text cannot delete

My checkout confirmation page, where the customer has finished purchase and they get "Thank you for your purchase" has admin text I cannot get rid of. It is NOT in the define pages admin . I added some text but cannot find where to get rid of this,
"A few words about the approximate shipping time or your processing policy would be put here. Contact your site admin with replacement text or to remove."

Did you add it to the Define Pages for the Checkout Success?

If I go to Define Pages, Checkout Success this text is NOT there. It is being inserted elsewhere..??

Go to the Tools ... Developer's Tool Kit ...

Type in something of what you see in the bottom input box and select Catalog ... then click search ...

If it is located in a php file, this will find it for you ...
