2 different e-mails

Is their a way to send 2 different style e-mails, one to the customer to tell them the basic of what they ordered, and one to the production area so I can include the picture of the ordered product.

Hmm,

I don't think you can do two "different" emails without customizing the php code, but you can send the same order confirmation email to production. From that they can see the product model number which can be quickly and easily cut and pasted into the Zen Search box to bring up the product image.
