How to build products quantity from attributes?

Hello. I'm new in zen cart, and I need to know if and how can I manage this:

I have product with two (size, collor) attributes. I need to assign different stock for each attribute. Like: 100 pieces of small red, 30 pieces of small black etc. Is it possible?

I didn't find edit button, so I'm writing the followup. Now I have quantity discount for 6+ items, but if someone takes 3 small black items, and then another 3 large red same items, I don't want to offer a discount. I would just like to have discount per size-colour combination. Only if someone takes 6 or more same items of same size and colour. How can I set this?
