Having to re-login while navigating Admin

After logging into admin there are a few menu items that will ask me to log in again to use them. I posted this issue in a contribution forum thinking it was isolated. Another member reported the same issue. It happens on different computers and under different browsers.

At this time there are 2 tools (That I know of) that kick me to a log in screen when clicked. One is a core function the other is a contribution.

Here is what happens.
I log into admin, go to the tool and click.
Get the main admin login screen again.
Log in
Get the main admin panel.

After that I can use either tool without having this happen again. Once I close admin or log out I have to do this again when I log back in again for the first time

Any clues?

Close all browsers windows ...

Clear cache ...

Delete cookies ...

Go to phpMyAdmin ...

Delete all sessions ...

Delete all db_cache ...
