Sidebox is getting repeated

I am getting Information box two times on my right side column..

What it the reason and what is the solution?

hey. Go to TOOLS >> LAYOUT BOXES CONTROLLER.
There you'll see a list.
You should see :
sideboxes/information.php
sideboxes/more_information.php

Might be one of those causing that. Try moving one to the right side or to the left, to see which one is doing that. Then just disable the one you don't want.
I'm not completely sure, but give it a try.

Check the 2nd box that follows the Information Sidebox and see if it is missing a reset in the tpl_ file for that sidebox which should start with:

  $content = "";
